These are some photos of our first eggs from our gals! The fresh eggs are the deep orange ones, the store bought (organic even!) is the pale yellow one.
This, my friends, is how an egg should look! The fresh one also stays centered in the bowl.
We scrambled them up this morning and they tasted just as wonderful as they look!

ReplyDeleteThese would make great large kitchen prints. I hope you enlarge them. My mouth is watering, growing up we often got fresh eggs from my cousins ranch in Petaluma.
Yay hens! They look delicious, nothing like a fresh egg from a well-fed, well cared for hen.
